Attack your Weaknesses with Supplemental Private Training

At Full Range, we pride ourselves on the level of individual care and instruction that we offer our CrossFit Group Training clients.  By creating programs that are progressive in nature, and scalable to the abilities of each athlete, we are able to provide all of our members with a workout that is safe, challenging, and effective.  Maintaining smaller class sizes than a typical CrossFit gym, as well as staffing extra coaches during busier times, allows us to even further fine-tune movements and substitutions when we see fit.  On top of this, the addition of specialty classes and seminars (Olympic Lifting, Mobility & Maintenance, etc.) gives us the chance to work on techniques in an even more intimate environment, and really get to refining and ironing out movement errors. However, in order to address weaknesses that might ultimately hold back our overall development, it is sometimes necessary to take an even more individualized approach to our training.  For this reason, we are offering our members the option of adding supplemental Private Training to their normal membership, at a reduced cost from our typical private training rates.Private training sessions of 30 or 60 minutes can be requested with any member of our coaching staff, and are focused entirely on the needs of the individual.  Perhaps you want to hone a certain skill, like Double Unders, or Kipping Pull-ups.  Maybe you want to spend 30 minutes cleaning up your Olympic Lifting technique.  Or, you are looking to add extra strength or mobility work into your regular programming.  Our expert coaches can help you with all of these, plus send you a follow-up email outlining the specific drills necessary for you to continue improving on your own.We want to help all of our clients reach their fullest potential.  To help achieve this, we are offering  our current members a special rate of $30 for 30-minute sessions or $60 for 60-minute sessions (regularly $40 and $75, respectively).  If you are interested in booking a Private Training session, or have any questions regarding what these entail, please contact adam@fullrangecrossfit.com.
