"Bring A Friend Day" is Back! - Saturday, April 4th
Do you have friends that are interested in seeing what Full Range CrossFit is all about?Would any of your family members benefit from being part of a supportive community based around fitness and health?Do you get tired of explaining to your co-workers the details of how you have come to look so awesome and fit?If the answer is “yes” to any of these, then this post is for you!Full Range will be hosting a “Bring a Friend (or two)” Day on Saturday, April 4th. All of our members are invited to bring a friend along for our regular Saturday workout. The workout will be challenging (as always), but simple enough that even those with no fitness experience will be able to participate. Afterward, we will stick around to meet all of your friends, and answer any questions they may have regarding the gym.Last year was a big turnout, and a fun day all around.
