You've probably noticed (either via our social media feeds, or by the brand new, industrial-grade refrigerator at the gym), that we have recently formed a partnership with a prepared-foods brand, called Kettlebell Kitchen.From the feedback that we've gotten so far (as well as from our own experience), the quality of the food is AMAZING, and the convenience factor is undeniable. For those that have not tried it, or are unfamiliar with the process, here is a quick rundown of the commonly asked questions regarding KBK at Full Range:

How do I order food?
Ordering is simple: Head to the KBK website, at https://www.kettlebellkitchen.com/. From here, you can browse meals, and put together your order, which can then be picked up at Full Range.**Here is the ordering/delivery schedule:**Orders placed before WEDNESDAY at midnight will arrive at the gym on MONDAY.Orders placed before SATURDAY at midnight will arrive at the gym on THURSDAY.This is important to know, since these meals are fresh, never frozen, and have a very limited storage life. If you know you will be ordering consistently, you might want to consider ordering twice each week, to get the freshest food possible.
What ingredients are used?
Kettlebell Kitchen is proud to source 100% grass-fed and pastured beef, which is ideal to help keep your Omega-3 and Omega-6 intake in balance. They also source free-range and antibiotic-free chicken, turkey and pork, as well as organic eggs and wild salmon.
How can I save some money?
