A. Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets):Hang Snatch + Snatch @ 70-80% of 1-RM Snatch*Keep focus on good speed under the bar, and minimizing horizontal movement of the hips in extensionB. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:5 Power Snatches (115/75 lbs)10 Overhead Walking Lunges (115/75 lbs)30 Double-UndersC.
