"FITNESS" & "PERFORMANCE"
In teams of two, with one partner working at a time*, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:50 Calorie Row50 Burpee Box Jump Overs50 Calorie Bike50 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches*For this workout, partners will switch roles between working and resting at THE TOP OF EACH MINUTE. Thus, one teammate will work for 60 seconds while the other rests, then they will switch. This cycle will be repeated 15 times, for a total of 30 minutes.
