In teams of two, with only one person working at a time, complete:100 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)400 Meter Run*100 Barbell Thrusters (45/33 lbs)400 Meter Run80 Burpees400 Meter Run100 Barbell Thrusters400 Meter Run100 Kettlebell Swings*Both teammates perform the run at the same time. Can be subbed with a Row, Ski, or Bike Erg (800m)

"BURN"

Every 90 seconds, for 30 minutes (5 sets of each):Station 1 — 60 Seconds of Echo Bike or Bike Erg @80-85% effortStation 2 — 30 Seconds of Kettlebell Swings + 30 Seconds of Plank HoldStation 3 — 60 Seconds of Row, Ski, or Air Runner @80-85% effortStation 4 — 30 Seconds of Push-ups + 30 Seconds of Air Squats
