Summer Schedule Updates

We hope everyone has been enjoying getting outside and being active in this beautiful weather!

For the remainder of the Summer season, Full Range will be implementing the following schedule changes, beginning the week of June 17th, 2019:

**Starting next week, we will be offering our 30-minute FR Burn Class to our Tuesday and Thursday schedule, at 8:15am.  Please be on the lookout for a separate post about this conditioning-only class, but be aware that all FR members are welcome to attend this as one of their regular classes, and drop-ins are welcome ($15 for non-members).

**The following changes will be in effect for the Summer:

  • Fridays: No 6:30pm Class
  • Saturdays: One Class Only at 9am
  • Sunday: Open Gym 10am-12pm.  No Flow Class
