Every 6 minutes, for 30 minutes (5 sets), complete the following:Run 300 Meters21 Abmat Sit-ups15 Box Jumps or Step-Ups12 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches9 Burpees Over the Dumbbell*In this workout, you will start each set at a different movement. If you start your first set on the Run, and end the Burpees, you will start your second set on the Sit-Ups, and end on the Run, etc.*You should have at least 90 seconds of rest between each set. If this is not the case, scale back the Run.

1 Minute Ski @70%Rest 30 seconds1 Minute Row @80%Rest 30 seconds1 Minute Run or Bike @90%Rest 1:30x 5 sets
