“FITNESS” & “PERFORMANCE
Every minute, on the minute, for 30 minutes (6 sets) of:
Minute 1 – 5 Tall Box Jumps
(if a tall box freaks you out, instead use a lower box, and focus on jumping as high as possible and landing as soft as possible; step down off the box, reset and repeat; it should take about 25-30 seconds to complete your 5 reps if done properly)
Minute 2 – 150-ft Sandbag Carry
Minute 3 – 10-15 Strict Handstand Push-ups (or Piked HSPUs off Box, or 12-16 Alternating Dumbbell Z-Presses)
Minute 4 – 20-25 Band Pull Aparts
Minute 5 – 30-Second Front Leaning Rest on Rings
