Varsity Summer Youth Program

Physical activity is critical to our children’s health and well-being. Research has repeatedly shown that children who practice good health maintain higher attendance rates, are better able to learn, exhibit higher self-esteem, and have a lower risk of developing chronic diseases. It has also been found that when children and teenagers adopt healthy habits, they’re more likely to carry those habits into adulthood.Through our Varsity Youth Summer Program, we strive to enhance the physical, emotional and social well-being of youth through health, fitness and movement.  We hope to not only prepare youth to excel in sports, but also in life.

Full Range's Varsity Youth Program

Our Purpose:1) To help young athletes prepare for sport and life by leading them through a fitness program centered on functional movements, skill development, balance, agility, mobility, strength and conditioning.2) To enrich young people’s lives by providing them with opportunities to experience creative forms of movements, while also being connected with other youth, supportive coaches, and mentors.3) To provide sound principles of training, nutrition, and health that will allow our athletes to continue to increase their fitness, safely and effectively, for years to come.Who it is for: Middle- and High-School students (ages 12-18) of all levels of ability.
