In teams of two, with one partner working at a time, partners alternate rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:5 Pull-ups10 Goblet Squats (32/24 kg)15 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)250 Meter Row or Ski Erg*Pull-ups can be scaled up to Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups or 3-5 Bar Muscle-Ups

A.
